They long to bring in an island feel into their landscaping, unfortunately, the backyard’s design lacks function and flair. The couple is ready to see how a designer can transform their plain, open space into an inviting retreat. The show utilizes a Grandee® spa manufactured by Hot Spring. Delivery and instalation of the spa was made by New England Spas & Sunrooms. Each episode of the weekly half-hour, backyard improvement show “Landscapers’ Challenge” features a homeowner with a landscaping design dilemma. A design plan is selected and put into action. The episode ends with a look at the difference between before and after, showing how any ordinary or problematic yard can be transformed into a tranquil, beautiful, outdoor living space.
